AQUAGOLD® fine touch delivers low doses of injectable drugs at a consistent depth and is almost pain-free. This is a major advantage over the conventional syringe manual injection approach for certain sensitive areas, preventing overdosing or getting the needles too deep into the skin. The size of the microchannels are 600 micrometers (0.6 mm) long and 130 micrometers (0.13 mm) wide, each thinner than a human hair. There are approximately 20 microchannels.
The intended use of AQUAGOLD® fine touch is to inject low doses of drugs into the skin. This is very different from “microneedling”, where the intended use is to wound or stimulate the skin, affecting function or structure of the body. AQUAGOLD® fine touch device is not a microneedling device.

● If you've had COLD SORES before, inform your provider; you may need medication.
● Wait if you've had a COVID or FLU vaccine in the past 2 weeks or plan to get one in the next 2 weeks.
● Avoid skin treatments like electrolysis, waxing, IPL, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks before your appointment.
● You can continue using retinol products before your treatment.
● Avoid NSAID medications and anti-inflammatory supplements for 1 week before and after the treatment for optimal results.
What's the anticipated number of sessions required?
Rather than requiring multiple procedures, Aquagold® customized contents can address various skin concerns sometimes in a singular session or every 4-6 weeks for desired results.
Ingredients can include:
● Botox to shrink pores, reduce fine lines, decrease oil production, and improve redness from Rosacea
● Dermal filler to improve acne scarring and increase skin plumpness
● Vitamins such as vitamin C, B and/or E to improve collagen production, brighten skin and combat dullness
● Hyaluronic Acid/Gel to smooth, hydrate and nourish the skin
● 1% Lidocaine added for comfort
● Boosters available to Aquagold® Microchanneling are: PRP, Platelet Rich Plasma, to enhance results and stimulate new collagen.
What to anticipate following your treatment:
● Efficient Procedure: Takes approximately 30 minutes, no anesthesia typically required but available for added comfort. Otherwise, we will use a topical numbing cream.
● Post-Treatment Care: Expect temporary pink to red skin for a few hours. Maintain clean skin, no makeup for 6 hours and avoid exercise for 24 hours.
